Challenge yourself! This challenge is only for true go-getters. Take a breath in, and breathe out before you decide to do this, because this weekend you are going to break free from your social media addiction! Okay, we’ll be flexible, you’ll start on Friday at the end of the day, when you’ve finished work. Find something to distract you, and look up a nice recipe. Buy your groceries and cook a delicious meal. Got time left over? Start your weekend off well and fully motivated, pull on your track suit and let’s go! Your Friday evening couldn’t be better, and you haven’t even had the time to think about social media.
The ultimate distraction: shopping! This time, however, it’s not online. Go to your favourite city and visit your favourite shops. The time will just fly and you’ll be well rewarded for your efforts! The theme for Sunday is total relaxation. Call one of your friends and hold a day of pampering! Take a relaxing evening bath and try to get to bed early. Monday is almost here again, and this time it’s going to be the nicest Monday ever!
