How to achieve gorgeous summer-proof legs
Spring has arrived (hello sun)! The temperature is slowly increasing and we can swap our jeans for skirts, dresses and shorts. We can show off our legs again! Some ladies can´t wait to show off their legs while others prefer to put this moment off for as long as possible. Thanks to these tips, your legs will be summer-proof in no time.
Work on your tan
A base tan is always great for when we head into summer. Take advantage of the sunny spring days by soaking up as much sun as possible. Put your shorts on and sit outside in the sun with a cup of tea and a good book. Tanned legs look fab paired with your favourite skirt. You will also be a bit used to the sun which means you can enjoy the beach as long as possible while wearing your prettiest bikini. Don’t have time to enjoy the sun? Why not try a light bronzer or tanning spray?
Sleek, toned legs look great in gorgeous skirts and dresses, even when you wear tights underneath. A great reason to summer-proof your legs that little bit more with some exercises. Google some exercises and see what works best for you. Squats, hip raises and lunges are great leg exercises. Tip: now that the weather is brightening up, why not go for an hour’s walk in the evening in the woods/town/the park? Every little helps!
Smother your legs with a good body lotion or oil before you get dressed. Your legs will have a gorgeous glow and they will also be hydrated. Make sure your cream or oil is completely absorbed before you get dressed. You don’t want to get any stains on your clothes! Still a bit too cold for bare legs? Wear a pair of tights with a bit of shine.
