Pillows around you
Do you sleep with your head under your pillow to block out all sounds? This takes time to learn, which means you are a patient person. Do you like sleeping with a bed full of pillows so you can put your arms and legs over them? If so, you like cosiness, comfort and cuddles. Still looking for the perfect pillow to cuddle? Then check out this soft love pillow.
Good snacking, good sleep
It’s horrible going to bed feeling hungry, but waking up at night feeling hungry is even worse. So a lot of people leave a snack on their bedside cabinet. Very convenient, because then you don’t have to find your way to the fridge in the dark and after your snack you’ll sleep like a baby. Waking up feeling hungry in the night means you are an unpredictable person. You have a lot of energy which you pass on to others, you midnight snacker!
There are lots of different sleeping positions, but everyone has their favourite. Back sleepers are often quieter and have high expectations of others. Although sleeping on your back seems to be best for your health, only 8% of the population consider it the most comfortable position. If you sleep on your stomach, you are outgoing but afraid you are not fully up to date with everything. People who sleep on their side are easy-going, reliable and eager.
Naked all the way
Do you like to sleep naked? If so, you are open-minded. People who sleep naked are open to other activities that also involve being naked – such as taking a sauna or skinny-dipping. They feel confident and want to show their bodies. Did you know that sleeping naked helps to reduce stress? People who sleep naked often get a better night’s sleep, which in turn is good for stress.
