Me-time is important! But how and where do you start?
The summer seems like a million years ago! Everyone is back to their daily routine and we are always on the run.It is important to take good care of yourself and to sometimes say to yourself: “And now it’s me-time!” Read on to find out how to do this.
It is super important to realise that me-time isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity! Your batteries need time to recharge. Fresh energy for work and home is a requirement.

Set a date to have some me-time and make sure you follow through. You’re going on a me-time-date. It doesn’t have to be hours, sometime half an hour is enough. Listen to your favourite music, have a bath or put your loungewear on and watch a series. Enjoy!
Learn to let go…try to empty your head during me-time and not think about all the things that still need to be done. Try mindfulness: focusing on just you and not thinking of anything else.
