Netflix & Chill is all you’re up for and your energy levels are low. Sounds familiar? You might have a case of the pre-autumn blues. Realizing summer is over is never a fun thing. But worry no more! With these tips you’ll beat the blues in no time.

– Take the time to update your fall wardrobe. See which items you really want to keep and which ones you no longer want. You could organize a closet sale, sell your items or trade them with friends!
– Take a morning walk! The sunlight in the morning decreases the production of melatonin. ( you know, the stuff that makes you sleepy ) and ensures you’ll feel energized all day!
