5 ways to extend those summer vibes
The sun, white beaches, a glowy tan and the best summer outfits. Can someone give summer a speeding ticket? Summer is officially over and boy did it go by quick. ( so fast 🙁 ) Life just seems so much better when it’s summer, so how can we extend that summer feeling? Here’s 5 ways to extend those summer vibes!
Good vibes only!
During summer we just seem to be more carefree., whilst lounging on the beach in a bikini our troubles just seem to fade away. ( or melt away, ha, get it? a snow metaphor 🙁 ) Try to remain in this sate of mind! Keep a positive attitude and don’t let negative vibes influence you. Who’s got time to complain anyways? We’re to busy checking out the new autumn must haves.
Literally everyone takes photo’s during their holidays. (yes, even your nan. ) Some might be a bit more in to taking selfies than enjoying the scenery but we’ll let that one slide. Try taking pictures of the places you’ve been and save them for when you get back! I mean you totally want to relive that mouth-watering ice-cream, right?
Keep in shape.
We’ve collectively been slaving away in the gym for our summer bodies. But with winter (a.k.a sweater season ) approaching we’ve kinda let our new healthy habits go and gone back to our old routine. By staying in shape and setting new goals you’ll feel like your still working towards that perfect beach body. So, stock up on some autumn proof workout gear and get to work!
The ultimate summer-playlist
During the holidays we usually discover a lot of new music! Save those newly discovered songs in a playlist for when you come home. Listening to those songs at home will take you right back. These songs deserve a spot in your playlist: CNCO – Reggaetón Lento(bailemos), Nicky Jam – Hasta el Amanecer, Hey Ma – Pittbull, J Balvin & Camilla Cabello en New Rules – Dua Lipa
Break your routine.
Whenever we come home from a great trip we tend to fall right back into our old habits. Unfortunately we can’t escape work or school… Try and break your daily routine of going to work, having dinner and working out or watching TV. During our travels we eat later than usual and spend the evening outside in the garden. Why not try this at home? Make sure you wear a comfy sweater, since it’s quite a bit colder at home.
Or just wear a bikini underneath your outfit! We won’t tell anyone… 😉
