5 tips for a relaxing home-spa-treatment
One thing, we totally forget during everyday life or do not find time for, although it is so important for us and our body: relaxing. Very rare, we just take the moment and really do nothing. Okay, sometimes we are laying on the couch or are spending too much time in bed, but is this relaxing?
Most of the time, we have a digital device near by us, which somehow entertains us. Whether this entertainment is a nice flatlay on Instagram, the hot guy from the new TV-show or the best friend, who is trying out some funny snapchat filters.
5 tips for a relaxing home-spa
Today, I – Ally of puppenzirkus.com, would like to give you 5 tips for your everyday life, which will give you a little bit more relaxation for a home-spa-treatment!
The most important thing for your me-time is creating a pleasant und calm atmosphere. Depending on your preference and if you would like to get comfy in the bathroom or bedroom, you can decorate the room with some pillows and blankets, light up some candles and turn on some nice music. In addition, I recommend a nice, relaxing Spotify-playlist. This way you do not have to worry about it anymore and you will easily get in the right mood with the right music.
Tip 2: Take a hot foam bath!
As soon as I recognize, that I need some time for myself, the first station always is a hot bathtub. Along with a big portion of beautiful-scented foam, like lavender or almond oil, which is caring to your skin. But I always have to remind myself: putting the mobile phone on silent and place it beyond reach. You better take a nice book with yourself or debauch in thoughts. In the meantime, you can perfectly apply a nourishing hair conditioner, exfoliation or a face mask.
Now you should already feel very relaxed. Your skin is clean, the pores are opened and now especially ready for good nourishing ingredients. Take you time today and put on some lotion from head to toe. Your skin will thank you! For your body, a rich body cream is exactly the right thing. For your face, you can either pamper yourself with an ampule or a light cream. And do not forget to care for your feet. Especially in winter, they need an intense pamper-treatment.
Your love is at home? Perfect! Than give him some massage oil and enjoy the moment. You will start to recognize as how unrelaxed you are. You can’t get enough of it? Arrange an appointment for a massage at the next cosmetician you trust.
