The new year always comes with new intentions. Do you want to start working out? In cooperation with June Mirit of Booty Club, and to start the new year well, we are hosting the 14-day challenge exclusively for Hunkemöller Members from 6 to 20 January, and we are sharing tips in this blog to help you stick to your workout routine!
Do the 14-day challenge
A challenge is a good way to start a new sports routine. At Hunkemöller, we will host the 14-day challenge from 6 January. At the end of the challenge, you will be doing a full body workout that you can add to your sports routine. This challenge is perfect to build a routine, and is suitable for any athlete!
Don’t be overexcited by changing your whole routine, but take small steps. For example, start running a few kilometres and build it up slowly. If you participate in the 14-day challenge, you will start with some exercises that you will gradually build up into a full body workout in seven videos. This way you’ll be better able to keep it up, and you will stay better motivated!
Plan fixed days for your training
With structure, you will go a long way. Allocate a few hours a week to your workout. For example, you can plan it in the morning before you go to work, or in the evening, which ever works best for you. There will be less of a chance that you will plan something else at these times, thus skipping your workout session. From January 6th, a workout video with June that you can follow, will be launched every day. Grab your calendar and block the days and times in your calendar!
Keep track of your performance.
It has a motivating effect when you keep track of your performance. You can set goals you’d like to achieve beforehand. Make sure the goals are feasible so you can tick them off when you reach them. An activity tracker can help you count your steps, measure your heart rate and record workouts.
Buy a new sports outfit
A new sports routine is also a good excuse to buy a new sports outfit! This may sound crazy, but the right outfit can actually provide just that little extra motivation. Our sports outfits are suitable for almost all kinds of sports and look super hip. You are sure to steal the show in the gym.
