It is very important to wear the right sized sports bra as your boobs simply need the extra support when exercising. Do you experience any breast pains when working out? Here’s a quick little guide with how to find the right size and level.
The right size
To find the right size start by measuring your with. This is done by measuring underneath your breast with a tape measure, make sure the tape measure is straight and not to tight. Next up, your cup size. You can easily measure this by measuring the fullest part of your breast. Check this page to find the perfect size.
There are 3 different levels. The level is determined by the intensity of the activity or workout.
Level 1: Low impact activity as; Yoga, Pilates, hiking and cycling.
Level 2: Medium impact activity as; Fitness, Spinning and Skiing.
Level 3: High impact activity as; Running, CrossFit, Hockey, Boxing and Dancing.
