Do you also hate not being able to go to the gym any more? No problem! There are plenty of opportunities to stay fit at home. In your bedroom, living room or garden: it can be done anywhere! All you need is yourself and a fun outfit in which to exercise. We have listed the nicest workouts for you. Let’s go!
These strange times can also make you a little tense. A good way to unwind, while also moving your body, is yoga. Start your day with 15 minutes of yoga, and you’ll be wide awake. After a week, you’ll notice you are more nimble and much calmer.
Now that we’re spending a lot of time at home, we’re also moving a lot less. And with the occasional walk to the supermarket, you don’t get your daily steps in either. One way to be active is by running up the stairs a few times, believe us, you’ll get tired of that! Put on your fun sports leggings, and get started.
If you want to keep training your muscles, make sure you have some weights for exercising. If you don’t have weights at home, you can also use other items, like a bottle filled with water or a heavy vase. Create your own schedule of exercises, and try to expand on them more every week, so you can keep challenging yourself.
Pilates is aimed at improving your posture, stability and your breathing. All you need for this, is a mat or a towel and some space where you can relax.
