4 TIPS: FEEL HAPPY IN YOUR BIKINI!
Summer is around the corner once again and that means everyone is busy creating the perfect bikini body! I love the sun, the sea and the beach, but every summer I secretly find it a little bit nerve-wracking appearing on my beach towel in my bikini for the first time. Luckily I have since learned that with a few small tweaks, you can be happy bikini ready in no time!

- Planning is key: set yourself a goal for what you want to achieve by the end of next month and create a realistic workout schedule based on that. Make it more appealing for yourself by getting outside and enjoying the good weather! (You can work on your bikini tan while you’re at it ;-))
- Fresh food: Home-made and light recipes with lots of fruit and vegetables are perfect in hot weather. Plus, these healthy ingredients will make you feel more comfortable in your skin and help you lose a few unwanted pounds at the same time. Remember: outer beauty starts with inner beauty!
- Hydrate: Drinking water is extremely important, and not just on the hot days! Too little water can make us feel hungry when we are aren’t really (= snacking!). Besides that, moisture is very good for our skin: it keeps it smooth, healthy and extra glowing! So drink at least 2 litres of water per day – your skin will thank you later.
- Look fabulous! When the time has come, make sure you look irresistible! Put on your favourite new bikini (shop for my favourite here), match it with your biggest smile and create beautiful beachy hair waves with sea salt hairspray – or just the sea! 😉
