Are you the lucky one with a gorgeous ring on your finger? Congratulations! Not engaged yet? Daydreaming about getting engaged is also fab to do.Because isn’t finding the perfect wedding dress every girl’s fantasy? Find tips that all brides-to-be need to know when searching for their dress and matching bridal lingerie here.
Be your most beautiful self
You don’t only want to feel your most beautiful on your wedding day, you also want to feel comfortable and that starts with choosing the right lingerie. For your first fitting session at a bridal shop (exciting!), it is best to wear a nude coloured seamless thong and a nude coloured strapless bra or stick-on bra. That way, all the attention is on finding the right dress and not on annoying visible straps. Tip: don’t put moisturiser on your breasts, otherwise the stick-on bra won’t stay on.
Have you tried on different wedding dresses and finally found the one? Fantastic! Now you can go ahead and search for bridal lingerie. If you’ve gone for a fitted wedding dress, it might be a good idea to wear shapewear (nobody will see it!) and if you’ve chosen a dress with an open back, a stick-on bra is a must! However, bear in mind that you will be wearing your lingerie the whole day, from the ceremony to the dinner and party, so it most definitely should not pinch or chafe. Ask our store experts for advice to make sure you are wearing the right size.
Oh la la, you are now officially husband and wife. That should be celebrated in a very special way 😉 Will you go for a sexy lingerie set or a romantic slipdress?
