With the summer season just around the corner, bikini trends are totally hot & happening and the moment has finally come to wear something fun!I’ve just returned from a summer vacay in Curaçao and I realised that it is a real shame to only wear your favourite bikini or swimsuit on the beach.Together with my new bikini crush, the soft pink Hunkemöller Fringe Triangle top and matching low Rio bottoms, I will show you how you can easily create 3 different summer looks quickly.
Look #1: beach babe
Of course I put on my newest must have bikini for my first dip in the sea. The more of a tan I got, the more fabulous the colour of this bikini appeared! I love to combine my bikinis with a pareo on the beach. Super practical and fashionista-proof at the same time! You can easily wrap this fabric around you if you are going to grab a refreshing cocktail, wear it during lunch outside to dress yourself up a bit and can also be used to cover your head from the sun. Complete your look with some sunglasses and matching nail varnish and you will definitely be beach babe ready!

You know how it goes: a day at the beach is over so quickly and before you know it, it’s dinner time! And then you’re faced with the dilemma… Option 1: go back to the hotel to shower, get changed and finally go out to eat when you are really hungry late in the evening. Or option 2: touch up your make-up and magic my beach look into a beach meets casual outfit. You guessed it: option 2! Pack a nice pair of ripped denim shorts in your beach bag along with some sandals or flip flops, a hat and perhaps a crochet top and you are totally ready to shine for an early dinner. Tip: go for a sheer top so that you can show off your bikini, or use your swimsuit as a top!

We are seeing it more often in The Netherlands when the weather is lovely: swimwear is taking over every festival! My early dinner looks inspired me to include my favourite bikini in a party look. In Curaçao, happy hour starts early in the evening and you are still dancing with your bare feet in the sand when the sun sets. The perfect occasion to wear my bikini on the dance floor, and who knows, maybe take a dip later in the evening!

What do you think is the best look with the soft pink Hunkemöller Fringe Triangle top and matching low Rio bottoms? I am very curious!

Carolina
